2. Eligibility for a Refund

Due to the nature of our digital services (domain registration and web hosting), returns of such services cannot be accepted. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Downtime: Refunds may be issued for significant, unscheduled downtime that is confirmed by Rainy Host and falls outside of our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If you have paid for a service and it has not been activated or delivered, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact Us: Submit a refund request to support@rainyhost.com. Please include your account information, details of the service, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Review: Our customer service team will review your request based on the criteria set out in this policy. We may require additional information from you to process your request.
  • Decision: We will inform you of our decision via email. If approved, the refund will be processed.

4. Refund Timing

Refunds, if approved, will typically be processed within 10 business days from the approval date. The funds will be credited back to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment Discrepancies

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please inform us immediately. If it is determined that an overbilling has occurred, we will refund the overcharged amount.

6. Limitations

  • Domain Registrations: Refunds for domain registrations are generally not provided due to costs associated with domain name reservations. However, if there was an error in the registration process attributable to Rainy Host, please contact us to discuss possible compensation.
  • Renewals: For automatic renewals, please ensure that you cancel the service prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service. We may not provide refunds for renewals that have already been processed.
